Work Order Cost By Period
- View labor, material, and service transactions for a work order. An optional
financial period can be entered by the user and costs will be limited to transactions
for that period. Subtotals and a grand total are displayed. Can be used for summarizing
costs when other departments or customers have to be aware of the cost. The Maximo
request page is included.
Work Order Hierarchy Cost
- This report displays the work order hierarchy and displays a summary of labor,
material, and service costs per work order in the hierarchy. Totals for each
work order and it's children are displayed. An optional financial period can
be entered by the user and costs will be limited to transactions for that period.
Users can click on the work order number, and drill down to the "Work Order Cost
By Period" report. A nice summary - detail combination of reports useful for
larger projects. The Maximo request page is included.
WO Project Committed vs Spent
- This report builds on the work order hierarchy and displays the dollars
committed on purchases orders and the value of received invoices per work order.
A good summary of project spending.
MTBE (Mean Time Between Events)
- This collection of 3 reports is similiar to the MTBF reports supplied with Maximo,
but instead calculate Mean Time Between Events. Usefull for analyzing work orders
when there is no recorded failure reporting.
