Licensing
- We only sell "Report Library" reports to end users of the MRO Maximo product. We do
not sell to consultants, consulting firms, individuals, or 3rd parties of any type.
All reports are sold on a license to use basis. The reports may be used
as is, modified, or cloned into other reports. The reports, any derivative of or portion of,
cannot be resold, given away, distributed, traded, revealed, or in any manner fall into the hands
of individuals or companies other than the party that purchased the license.
Purchasing products indicates agreement with the licensing policy. Please respect this agreement,
it allows us to offer reports at affordable prices that are below the cost of making the reports.
Custom Reports
- Custom reports are by quotation. We will modify any of our existing reports
to suit your requirements. Describe the changes you would like, and we will
quote a price.
Purchasing using Credit Cards
- Payment may be made using credit cars via Pay Pal. We will send an invoice that
links to the Pay Pal payment center.
Purchasing using Pay Pal
- Payment may be via your Pay Pal account. We will send an invoice that
links to the Pay Pal payment center.
Purchasing using Company Purchase Order
- Payment can be made using a company purchase order.
On our receipt of the purchase order (we prefer email over fax), we will send the reports via email.
Terms are full payment in 30 days, with
2% interest per month charged for overdue accounts.
Currency
- All prices are in US dollars.
Taxes
- Canadian orders pay an additional 7% tax. All others are tax free.
