New Reports
- We will create custom Actuate reports for anyone. Our experience in designing reports
ensures you will receive a quality report at the best price.
To receive a quote for a report, first design the report. Use Microsoft Excel to imitate
the report.
Use Excel's comments
feature to record information for any fields that are not straight forward, such as
calculated fields. Populate with typical Maximo data.
Review the
report internally to ensure the design is complete. Send the design
to us (see the
Company
page for contact info). If we have any questions we will start a dialog with
you. Once we are sure of the design, you will be provided with a fixed price quote. Any
design changes after receiving the quote will result in additional price modifications
to the quote.
If you agree to the quoted price, we will create the report, and send screen shots.
When you are happy with the report, payment will be arranged,
and the report rod files will be forwarded to you.
Report Library
- We will modify any of our existing reports to suit your requirements. Describe
the changes you would like, and we will quote a price.
Existing Reports
- If you have an existing report you would like modified, send us the report
and a description of the modification. We will quote a price to do the work.
